FOR EXCHANGES: You can request the exchange within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving your order, but pay attention to the following rules:

ITEMS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF RETURNED INTACT, THAT IS, WITHOUT BEING WASHED, USED, WITHOUT STAINS, WITHOUT ODORS AND WITHOUT CHANGES. MANDATORY WITH THE LABEL AFFIXED ON THE PIECE!

- You must send all items in the exchange request;

- The product must be returned in its original packaging;

- The product must not contain signs of use, including beachwear products;

- The product must contain all labels intact;

- The product must be sent together with the invoice and accessories or gifts;

- It is possible to request store credit if none of the pieces pleases you;

- Parts of the SALE category, must be exchanged for parts of the same category.

If the rules are not met, the items in the exchange request will be returned to the customer. After approval of the quality analysis, the item(s) will be shipped to the same delivery address as the original order with the delivery time referring to your zip code.

Important! The request for the exchange of a defective product must be made within 10 (ten) calendar days after receiving your order.

Returns of products with evidence of misuse will not be accepted.

The request for exchange of products received with damaged packaging must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Only the first exchange has free shipping!

REFUND: Refunds will only be made in two situations. 1- Right of repentance: In case of regret of purchase, the customer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days after having received the product at his/her residence to notify repentance and request a refund. The refund will only be made after returning the product to the store. 2- Defective product: If the product arrives with a factory defect, the customer has 10 (ten) consecutive days to request a refund. The refund will be made after evaluation of the piece. Defective parts due to misuse will not be refunded or exchanged.
